We advise on the job market conditions, salaries, and competitive landscape. We develop a recruiting/marketing strategy for each position and create comprehensive job descriptions, prospect, conduct profile and resume reviews, phone screen, interview and create an executive summary on all qualified candidates. We will then coordinate and confirm client/candidate interviews, debriefs with both parties post-interview and provide prompt and accurate feedback.

We assist our clients with creating and presenting job offers and will provide references upon request. For job seekers we offer a consultative approach to develop a personalized job search strategy to pair qualified candidates with their ideal employer in the appropriate role.
